These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Furlabs website (furlabs.in) and any purchase of Furlabs products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Furlabs is the consumer brand of Bluesail Exim Private Limited (CIN U47912UP2026PTC246341), a company incorporated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. We sell pet comfort products, currently the Furlabs Pet Comfort Mat and related accessories. Product images and descriptions are for illustration and actual products may vary slightly. Furlabs products are comfort accessories for pets — they are not medical or veterinary devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition in animals. Cooling and comfort effects vary from pet to pet and with ambient conditions.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order. Promotional offers are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available). An order is confirmed once payment is authorised, or once a Cash on Delivery order is placed and verified.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used by a pet, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, except where the product was received damaged or defective as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Furlabs name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furlabs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

For any questions, complaints or grievances, contact us at bluesaileximpvtltd@gmail.com. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within a reasonable time.
